Understanding Drivers of Cloud Computing Adoption

The Client: Large Technology Company

The Problem: A large cloud computing company had developed extensive employee-level customer profiles but needed help understanding of how cloud adoption decisions were being made at the company level.

Our Approach. After completing several client stakeholder and customer interviews we recruited client prospects to answer a quantitative survey that captured how cloud adoption decisions varied by current business imperatives, security concerns, organizational coordination, and the need to maintain older technologies.

Our Results: Our research results were used to shape corporate brand strategy and develop sales support materials that partners could use to better tailor communications to companies at varying levels of maturity.
